RETURNS 

Requirements for a Return

• You call customer service within SEVEN DAYS after delivery.

• The item is still in NEW condition 

• All Clothing items must not be WORN 

• All clothing items must carry their tags, seals and all accessories intact 

• Watches must carry all packaging including manuals, warranty cards

• Shoes must remain in their packaging box 

 

HOW TO RETURN 

• Call the customer care line (08092346111) or send a mail to support@buyandearn.ng to arrange a retrieval. 

• For Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt; We will arrange a retrieval from the same delivery location or advise you to drop off at our Courier Partner Hubs

• Other states will have to drop off at our Courier Partner’s Hubs or send to our address in Lagos directly  

• Upon receipt of this item(s), we will conduct a proper quality check to confirm validity of the return.

• If Valid, we shall credit you with a store voucher the cost of the item (excludes shipping fee) so you can use on www.buyandearn.ng for your next shopping. 

• If you choose the option of Cash Refund, your account shall be credited within 72hrs. 

• If Invalid, we shall send the item back to you Please allow for 7 days after retrieval for Lagos Orders; 14 days for orders outside Lagos.
